If you are using the paid plan such as the Autonomous Plan or Optimize Plan, you can automatically unsubscribe by installing the Delete Me unsubscribe button, logging into your account on the store page, and selecting "Unsubscribe" from the account menu.
Even if you log in with a one-time code, you can install the Delete Me unsubscribe button on your profile page.
Shopify > Settings > "Customers Accounts" > Select "Customers Account Recommended"
Shopify > Sales Channels > "Online Store" > Select "Customize"
- Select "Checkout and Customer Accounts" > "Profile".
4. From "Add app block" in the profile, select and add "Delete Me - UI Ext Delete Button".
5. 5. After adding, click "Delete Me - UI Ext Delete Button" to edit the content of the unsubscribe button. The default for the unsubscribe button is "Delete Account", but you can edit the text of the unsubscribe button in "Delete Link Text".
