- This function is only for autonomous plan users (paid plan users).
- This function allows you to delete up to 50 customers at one time.
1. Open 'Customers' and select the customers who you want to delete in bulk.
2. After the selection, please click Delete Me - Bulk Deletion from …[More actions]
3. After reviewing the contents of the screen below, click [Delete] to start the bulk deletion.
4. After the deletion, the following pop-up will be displayed.
Customer ID：xxxxxx [ Status：completed ]
5. After completion of the bulk deletion, the recent deleted customers will be displayed on Bulk Deletion, in Dashboard.
Open Delete Me > 2nd page of Dashboard
6. When you click [View Details] on the screen above, the latest bulk deletion information will be displayed.
Clicking on [Requested Customer IDs] will take you to the customer data in Customers, Shopify, where you can review the deletion details.
Notes
- The app will display errors if you try to delete customers who were previously deleted or have tags specified in the app settings.
- If you select valid customers along with customers who were previously deleted or have tags specified in the app settings, the customers that can't be deleted will be shown as 'skipped'.
