1. Open Delete Me > Settings > Marketing Platform Integration
2. Obtain API information from Dotdigital.
Open Dotdigital. Then enter the “Dotdigital API Key” and “Dotdigital Password” issued by Dotdigital. You can find from Dotdigital> Settings> Access> API Users> ADD NEW API USERS
“Dotdigital API Key” is "E-mail address"
“Dotdigital Password” is " Password"
3. Enter your “Dotdigital Account Region.”
You can find this by opening Dotdigital>Settings > Access > API Users > API Endpoint.
The number that appears after the letter “r” indicates your Dotdigital account region.
For example, if it shows r3, your region is 3.
4. Turn on "Global unsubscribe contact". Once you enable it and save, the integration will be complete.
*Remember to check your settings in Dotdigital, as only customers who have unsubscribed from email marketing will appear in the suppression list. Customers who are subscribed to SMS marketing will not be reflected in the suppression list. Unsubscribing contacts who are subscribed to SMS marketing is not yet supported by Dotdigital via API.
