Check items in Shopify's Customers
To have the customer reflected in a Klaviyo List, please confirm that their email subscription is Subscribed. If it is not subscribed, the customer will not be reflected in the Klaviyo List.
Open Shopify > Customers> Select the customer > Select '…' > Choose [Edit marketing settings] > Confirm that [Customer agreed to receive marketing emails.] is selected.
If it is not selected, please select the item and click Save.
Once the settings are completed, they will be reflected in the Klaviyo List as shown in the screen below.
How to be behaved in Klaviyo after the deletion in Delete Me
After deleting customer information in Delete Me, the corresponding customer will also be removed from the Klaviyo List.
In the Profiles, both the original email address and the masked/ randomized email address will be listed. The original email address will be marked as "Unsubscribed," and the masked/ randomized email address will be marked as "Suppressed." As a result, even if they remain in Profiles, they will not be included in Klaviyo's email delivery or billing.
Additionally, customers can re-register using the same email address without any issues.
